Develop an outline of an installation-wide exercise (including 8 key steps set forth in HSEEP section 3) to test the installation’s ability to respond to a man-made threat to the installation. Given a case study of an actual man-made natural disaster at a DoD installation, analyze security and security-related issues inherent in the incident; and based on this analysis, discuss what measures were effective in preventing minimizing damages, and recommend measures to be instituted to prevent Develop a risk assessment outline for all-hazards threats at an installation. Minimize damages in future similar incidents. Analyze and discuss the interrelationship between the guidance in DoDI 6055.17 “DoD Installation Emergency Management”, DoDI 5200.08 “Security of DoD Installations and Resources and DoD Physical Security Review Board” the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) other regulations and instructions related to physical security protection of installations and discuss to improve security of a facility installation by combining elements of these instructions and documents. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of a program, process practice, discuss its applicability to a DoD Installation Security Program. Create a network of security professionals who understand how to manage a DoD installation security program.
