Description

Objective:

The course objective is to discover the components of a contractor’s supply chain and how each one contributes to an effective supply chain management (SCM) program and improves the contractor’s ability to successfully and profitably provide products and services to its customers. Students will gain an understanding of each component of SCM and how each has to be balanced to achieve optimum supply chain performance. A capstone exercise will enable participants to research interest areas and create a functional description of the associated supply chain scope, components, and issues.
