Description

Objective:

This Knowledge Certificate is earned by passing a proctored exam designed to test an individual’s comprehension of The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership.

The testing objectives for this course include measurable statements of action that describe what the examinees are expected to do to demonstrate acceptable mastery and to be considered minimally competent and are statements of what will constitute evidence that a test candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to receive certification.

Skills Measured:

Test candidates will be measured on a firm understanding of The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership and the following skills: Aligning Systems, Building Culture, Building Trust, Coaching, Decision Making, Empowering Others, Influence, Initiative, Integrity, Performance Management, Providing Feedback, Setting Strategy, and Team Vision.
1) Reflect on character and competence - the elements of credibility that allow for intentionally building a culture of trust; 2) Create a shared vision, strategy, and communicate it so powerfully that others follow leaders on the journey; 3) Think big and execute a vision and strategy all the way through to completion with cascading goals; 4) Develop the leadership potential in others and improve performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
