Upon the successful completion of this course, the student will be able to evaluate needs, weigh affordances, determine the best fit operating system, and present decision makers with an informed recommendation; construct an organizational method for structuring folders, subfolders, and files to bring clarity to internal file structure; produce a guide explaining the process of installation and post installation of an operating system; evaluate the advantages and disadvantages various computer virtualization options; manage, configure, troubleshoot and communicate issues with operating systems to customers; and enter and update issues using a ticketing system, grouping agents, generating tickets and solving troubleshooting issues.
